About Shipping Fee

Shipping fee is according to the total weight of the order. It has a value for the first 500g, and additional value for each additional 500g. So if a item's weight is 100g, the shipping fee for 5pcs is just the same as that for only 1pcs. You can buy more items and save the shipping fee.

Replacement and Repair

We are doing our best to ensure that all products listed in our website have good quality. We will help user to resolve any problems, through online email service or item replacement. 

We offer one year's quality guarantee for all products sold in kindwayauto.com. Kinldy contact us immediately if damaged merchandise is discovered due to the shipment, we would exchange the new one for the buyer after received the returning goods with brand new condition.

Buyers can get the replacement as free within 1 month after the returned goods is received.  After the deadline, replacement will be made only if the item is returned to us and the buyers have to pay the extra shipping cost . 

Damaged goods can be repaired during the valid quality guarantee period. Buyers have to pay the extra shipping cost for repairing if the goods is damaged after 2 months.

Refund Policy

We accept the return of any purchases, within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned, at the Buyer's expense, in their original state and packaging. A full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges will be paid on receipt.

Notice: To avoid customs problems, please make sure that return us the goods by EMS, or ship it by AIRMAIL from your local post office. Never use UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX!!!
